Leasing:
Magee Realty is actively involved in leasing commercial properties of all types and sizes. In the field of leasing we serve as the owner’s agent and bring the appropriate structure and or user to the assignment. After identifying and securing tenant(s), we assist with the negotiation of lease terms. When needed, we establish other tenants to mix the existing tenant(s).
