Leasing:

MRC is actively involved in leasing commercial properties of all types and sizes. In the field of leasing we serve as the owner’s agent and bring the appropriate structure and or user to the assignment. After identifying and securing tenant(s), we assist with the negotiation of lease terms. When needed, we establish other tenants to mix the existing tenant(s).

Asset Management and Fiduciary Services:

Asset management of real estate rentals, the coordination and implementation of each and every service which would have a direct impact on the subject real estate. These services are provided to real estate owners who chose not to manage the assets themselves. The Fiduciary role is one of high trust, whereas the asset manager acts as if they were the owner of the asset.
