In the field of leasing we serve as the owner’s agent and bring the appropriate structure and or user to the assignment. After identifying and securing tenant(s), we assist with the negotiation of lease terms. When needed, we establish other tenants to mix the existing tenant(s).

Hugh Magee has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1972. As a Broker, his focus has been site selection for major national, and international brands. His field of expertise is finding suitable hospitality, multifamily, office / warehouse, and retail locations suitable for development of his client’s products/services.
I first met Hugh Magee on a “site selection mission” looking to relocate a client’s medical devise practice. Working with Mr. Magee has proved to be a mutually beneficial experience.
